You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and not located in a region where online real-money poker is prohibited. By using Jatta Nights you confirm you meet these requirements and accept these Terms.

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. The operator may require identity verification (KYC) and source-of-funds checks (AML) before permitting deposits, play, or withdrawals.

Tournament buy-ins are deducted from your wallet at registration. Withdrawals are subject to verification and applicable processing times. In this MVP build, payments are simulated through a mock provider and no real funds move.

Collusion, bots (except where explicitly allowed for a tournament), multi-accounting, and any form of cheating are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of funds and account termination.

The service is provided "as is". This is placeholder legal text for an MVP and does not constitute a binding agreement. Final terms will be published before any real-money launch.
